The typical sequence of an appointment is assessment, treatment & rehabilitation. During your assessment, we aim to be clear about what we believe your problem to be, and how we can help you resolve it. Treatment & rehabilitation can involve education, hands on techniques and exercise based rehabilitation to give you confidence and reassurance that you can get back doing the activities you love.

Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. If you have a lower limb issue, if possible wear/bring shorts. For upper limb/neck issues a sports top or vest would be great.

We are a cashless clinic. We accept all major debit/credit cards. All of our appointments are pre-paid in advance when booking online. We also asked that any follow up appointments scheduled in the diary are paid up-front so that you can secure the appointment times that suit you best.

On arrival in the car park, walk down the left hand side of the Replicade building to find our entrance. You will enter through our front doors into our gym area. Our waiting area is signposted on arrival, walk past the front desk, and through the first door on your left hand side. Please check in and take a seat while waiting for your therapist.
If you have any scans, clinic letters etc, please bring them with you.
We currently accept Axa, Aviva, Vitality, BUPA, WPA, HCML and Cigna insurance policies at our clinic. We also accept cash pay health plans, invoices can be provided following any sessions.
Parking is available in the main gated car park on arrival.

There is overspill parking available in the train station car park that is a 5 minute walk away.
No, we are based at ground level.
