At Aristos, our 1:1 and small group exercise-based rehab services go beyond pain relief, focusing on optimising your health and well-being so that you can live a long, active life. Whether you’re recovering from pain, a recent injury, or starting your fitness journey, our specialist rehabilitation coaches will help you regain mobility and strength to continue doing the activities that matter most to you.

Through 1:1 or small group sessions, you’ll improve your health, reduce the risk of chronic conditions, boost mental well-being, and prevent future aches and pains. Working in collaboration with your physiotherapist, our rehabilitation team will be on hand to support you on every step of your recovery journey.
